Returns and Refunds

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your  purchase, we realize there are times when you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

  • Local Return Address for Your Convenience

    For customers in the following countries/regions – United States, Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan – we provide a local return address. This means you do not need to ship returns back to our overseas warehouse.

    • If the return is due to a product defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • Please contact our customer service team first to initiate the return and receive the local return address.

    (For returns due to “change of mind” or other reasons, please see our standard policy below.)


  • Please choose your items carefully as we can not offer refunds due to ‘change of mind’ purchases, please get in touch with us for store credits or replacements. 

  • Any orders placed after 24 hours are not to be canceled.

  • Should the courier lose the parcel in transit, sellers may request compensation with valid evidence. 

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt date for a refund.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • To avoid the problem of lost delivery, buyers are requested to provide the correct delivery address including country, zip code, state, and telephone number. If the delivery fails due to the wrong or insufficient address provided by the customer, we are sorry that we will not take any responsibility and will not re-post.

  • We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return.

  • Any damages must be advised of upon receipt of your package and will be assessed to see if they are deemed faulty. The outer packaging of an item is not deemed as faulty goods, only if the actual product has arrived   damaged.

  • Returns will be issued as a Store Credit.

  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • No returns on sale items.

  • Please do not ship returns directly to the address on the label. You must first contact our customer service team to receive specific instructions.  

  • Returns shipped without prior authorization may experience significant delays, may not be processed, and we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit under these circumstances.

  • Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers' expense. However, postage costs will be covered by us for an incorrect item received.

  • If you no longer wish to proceed with your order and require a refund, please communicate with us to initiate the refund process. Please do not submit a chargeback directly to your bank as this will incur a chargeback resolving fee of $20 USD.

  • Please be aware that it's the customer's responsibility to make sure the size of the item you buy is correct. We do not accept any refund related to incorrect size caused by measurement error.
